A Training Plan That Works
Muliple days per week you’ll rotate through four distinct training systems:
1. Volume Work – Base strength, aesthetics, tendon durability
2. Weighted Work – Strength and size.
3. Timed Pacing – for strength under fatigue
4.. Endurance Flow – Long-form pacing for muscle growth and muscle endurance.

WHY PUSH UPS WORK
1.Push Ups Train pressing power, shoulder stability, and full-body control.
2. The most simple exercise to building strength and aesthetics! Done anywhere at anytime.
3. When done properly (which I’ll demonstrate in the challenge) each rep demands total-body tension: core tight, breath steady, legs locked.
That tension creates dense muscle, durable joints, and unmatched body awareness.
4. Weighted or tempo push-ups mirror 60–70 % of your 1RM bench press—building muscle and strength!
